2She executes and confirms
Short reply, action done: “Booked: Maria Souza, Mon 2pm”. Conflicts and tight squeezes become proactive warnings.
3The patient confirms attendance
After booking, Sofia offers to email the details. The patient confirms with one tap on their own page.
4The status comes back to you
Pending, confirmed ✓ or can't make it — on the schedule, in the day overview, and in Sofia's own report.
