Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These terms govern the Evidence Affiliate Program (evidence.clinic). By creating your affiliate link, you agree to them in full. They are deliberately written in plain language — if anything is unclear, write to ajuda@evidence.clinic.

1. Nature of the program

The program is an independent commercial partnership. Participating does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, agency, or sales representation between you and Evidence. You promote how and when you choose, at your own initiative, within the rules of these terms.

2. Commissions and payment

  • 30% recurring on every invoice actually paidby your referrals — never on trial periods, open invoices, or refunded amounts. The commission lasts for as long as the referral's subscription does.
  • Each commission clears 45 days after the corresponding payment (the refund window).
  • Payouts on the 15th of every month, over your cleared balance: PayPal or Wise from $50 accumulated (international), or Pix from R$100 in Brazil. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.
  • Attribution: 90-day, first-click cookie. At signup, the referral is locked to the account and counts even if the subscription happens later, on another device.

3. Changes to the commission rate

The rate may change for new referralswith 30 days' notice. Existing referrals keep the rate in effect on the date the referral signed up — changes never retroactively reduce what you have already built.

4. Refunds, chargebacks, and fraud

A refund or chargeback on an invoice fully reverses (claws back) the corresponding commission, transparently in your dashboard. Commissions originating from fraud — by the affiliate or the referral — are cancelled, whether cleared or not.

5. Prohibited conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • self-refer, including their own accounts, family members, or their own practice/team;
  • run paid ads on the brand"Evidence" and its variations or misspellings (brand bidding), on any platform;
  • use coupon sites or promise non-existent discounts;
  • send spam through any channel, buy contact lists, or run unsolicited outreach;
  • engage in cookie stuffing or any technical manipulation of attribution;
  • make misleading claims about pricing, features, or the clinical nature of the product.

Violations result in forfeiture of accumulated commissions and removal from the program, without prejudice to applicable legal remedies.

6. Disclosure and privacy

You must disclose your affiliate relationship in your promotions, in line with applicable rules — including the FTC endorsement guidelines for US audiences and equivalent rules elsewhere. In your outreach you commit to complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, LGPD, and similar): no collection or use of personal data without a legal basis.

7. Taxes

Taxes on commissions are the affiliate's sole responsibility, under the rules of your jurisdiction. No registered business entity is required to participate.

8. Suspension and termination of the program

Evidence may suspend or terminate the program with 30 days' notice. Commissions owed up to the termination date are cleared and paid normally under section 2. We may also terminate the participation of individual affiliates who violate these terms, under section 5.

9. Referral data

The affiliate dashboard shows aggregate metrics — clicks, signups, subscriptions, and commissions — without exposing the identity of your referrals. You never receive the name, email, or any personal data of the people who joined through your link.
